Dr. Raul Mirande M.D., F.A.C.S.
Karri Mirande, Co-Manager, RN, MSN
Dr. Raul and Karri Mirande moved to Klamath Falls in 1995 and have maintained a busy independent surgical practice since then. They have raised three children and plan on eventually retiring here.
Dr. Mirande earned his Bachelors of Science in Biology at the University of Illinois, later going on to complete medical school at UCSF in San Francisco, then finished his surgical training at Loyola University Medical Center. He has been performing general, thoracic, and vascular/ venous surgery in Klamath Falls since 1995.
Karri Mirande completed her Masters in Nursing at UCSF, then worked at Northwestern University as an Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist, and came to Klamath Falls in 1995 where, in addition to co-managing the surgical practice, she also worked at the Cancer Treatment Center and taught nursing at OIT. She is also now the Director of CASA.
LeAnn Maupin, MEd, RTR, RT, FASA, FSVU
LeAnn Maupin is a Oregon Institute of Technology University Professor, the Medical Imaging Technology Program Director for the Department of Vascular Technology, and now the Dean of the College of Health , Arts, and Sciences (HAS).
Amy Brennan, Office Assistant
Amy Brennan was born and raised in Klamath Falls and later moved to Keno with her husband in 2000. They have two sons, Riley and Colby. Amy earned her Bachelors of Science and Associates in Business in 2003.
Lauren Simmons, Office Manager
Lauren is a Klamath Falls native, born and raised here, and is married with one son. Lauren has been a dedicated office manager and an indispensable member of the Cascade Vein Center for over 10 years.
